USB A to C cable with LED power display

This 6.6 ft cable delivers up to 100 W of power through a USB-A plug to a USB-C device. A built-in LED panel shows the live charging wattage so you can confirm the link is active even when the connector is hidden. The nylon-braided jacket is rated for more than 30,000 bend cycles and the gold-plated contacts resist corrosion.

Suits phones, tablets

It works with Galaxy S and Note series, Z Fold models, iPad Pro and Air, MacBook Pro and Air from 2016 to 2021, and other USB-C gear. Data moves at 480 Mbps, which is adequate for Android Auto and file transfers. Buyers who need higher data rates or a USB-C to USB-C connector should look at other options.

100 W PD rating over USB-A source

The cable negotiates 7 A at 11 V to reach the 100 W ceiling, so the upstream USB-A port must support that profile. If your charger or vehicle port tops out at a lower wattage, the cable will still function but will not deliver the maximum speed.

Questions about this item

What does the 100W figure mean when I plug this into my laptop?

The cable can deliver up to 100W at 11V and 7A, allowing a MacBook Pro to reach 90–100% in about 1.8 hours and a Samsung phone to hit 80% in 30 minutes.

Does the USB-A connector limit the speed compared with USB-C to USB-C cables?

Data transfer is capped at 480Mbps by the USB 2.0 interface, while power delivery still reaches the full 100W rating.
