USB-C to Lightning cable with LED display

This LUOM Essager YDI cable connects a USB-C power source to Lightning devices and shows the live charging rate on a built-in LED display. It is sold as a two-pack of 3.3 ft black cables for users who want visual confirmation that fast charging is active. MFi certification and an intelligent chip provide over-charge, over-current and battery protection during every session.

20 W Power Delivery at 3 A maximum

The single specification that decides fit is the 20 W PD rating with a 3 A current ceiling, allowing an iPhone 13 to reach 60 % charge in 30 minutes when paired with a compatible PD charger. Data moves at 480 Mbps, so the cable handles both rapid power and standard sync duties for the listed iPhone, iPad and AirPods models.

Steady 3 A output under continuous load

Under sustained use the intelligent chip maintains a stable 3 A current without thermal throttling, so the 20 W rate holds from empty to full rather than tapering after a short burst. Over-charge and automatic-switching protections keep the power curve smooth during long charging sessions, preserving battery health on devices from the iPhone 8 through the iPhone 14 series.

Questions about this item

What does the 20W PD rating mean when I plug this cable into my iPhone?

It enables Power Delivery fast charging up to 20 watts, so an iPhone 13 can reach about 60 percent charge in 30 minutes when paired with a compatible PD charger.

The cable uses a USB-C input — what does that cap in practice?

The USB-C input supports PD up to 27 watts maximum and 3 amps current, while data transfers run at USB 2.0 speeds of 480 Mbps.

How long is each cable and will it reach my desk outlet?

Each cable measures 3.3 feet, giving roughly one metre of length from the USB-C charger to your Lightning device.
