Cable with LED power display

This LUOM Essager YDI cable connects a USB-C power source to Apple Lightning devices. It is MFi certified and rated for up to 27 W maximum power delivery with 3 A current. The integrated LED display shows real-time charging power. Data transfers at 480 Mbps.

For iPhone and iPad owners who want visible

Suitable for users of iPhone 8 through 14 series, SE 2022, iPad 8th and 9th generation, iPad Air 3, iPad mini 5 and AirPods Max who value a braided nylon cable that survives 40000 bend cycles. Not for people who need USB-C to USB-C connections or longer cable runs.

27 W maximum power with LED monitoring

The single specification that decides fit is the 27 W peak power rating combined with the LED digital display. If your charger and device support 20 W to 27 W PD fast charging you will see the benefit; otherwise the display and extra headroom go unused.

Questions about this item

Does the LUOM Essager YDI cable come with a USB-C power adapter or do I need to buy one separately?

The cable is sold by itself; a USB-C Power Delivery charger must be purchased separately to enable fast charging.

Should I choose this 6.6 ft version or is there a shorter length listed for the Essager YDI?

Only the 6.6 ft (2 m) length is listed for this model, so that is the version to select.

What does the LED display show while my iPhone 14 is charging?

The built-in LED display shows the real-time charging power in watts so you can see the current output.
