Dual-Mode Gaming Mouse

The LUOM F-18 is a right-handed gaming mouse that connects through a 2.4 GHz USB receiver for wireless use or a 1.5 m USB cable for wired operation. It uses an optical sensor with six selectable DPI steps from 600 to 3200 and a polling rate up to 500 Hz. The integrated rechargeable battery removes the need for disposable cells. Seven programmable buttons include a dedicated fire button for rapid clicks.

Suited For Right-Handed Gamers

Palm and claw grip users who want adjustable sensitivity without installing drivers will find the plug-and-play design convenient. The ergonomic shape and skin-friendly finish aim to reduce fatigue during extended sessions. Left-handed users or buyers who need a Bluetooth connection should look elsewhere, as the mouse is right-handed only and relies on the proprietary 2.4 GHz dongle for wireless mode.

DPI Range And Wireless Reach

The sensor steps through 600, 1000, 1600, 2000, 2400 and 3200 DPI, covering everyday desktop work through fast-paced gaming. In wireless mode the 2.4 GHz link is rated for up to 30 m of clear line-of-sight distance. Maximum acceleration is specified at 20 G. Users who require DPI settings above 3200 or a polling rate higher than 500 Hz will need a different model.

Questions about this item

Does the F-18 need a USB port on my computer to work in either mode?

Yes, the mouse uses a USB receiver for wireless mode and a 1.5 m USB cable for wired mode, so a free USB port is required.

Will the 2.4 GHz wireless dongle and 500 Hz polling rate feel the same as the wired connection on my older PC?

Both modes report at up to 500 Hz, so the wireless link matches the wired polling speed on any system with a USB port.

How can I confirm the DPI setting has changed after I press the DPI button?

The mouse cycles through 600, 1000, 1600, 2000, 2400 and 3200 DPI; each press steps to the next level so cursor speed changes immediately.
