The LUOM OZC7 combines a four-input HDMI switcher with a USB 3.0 capture engine. It accepts four HDMI sources and a microphone, then routes a single programme feed to the USB port for recording or streaming while mirroring the same signal to an HDMI loop-out. Driver-free operation lets it work with any UVC-compatible application on Windows, macOS or Linux.

4K pass-through and 1080p60 capture

Each HDMI input supports 4K at 30 Hz pass-through, so the local display sees the full resolution. The USB 3.0 capture path tops out at 1080p at 60 fps, meaning 4K sources are downscaled for the recording or stream. Four sources can be connected simultaneously and switched without mutual interference, but the device cannot capture more than one input at a time.

Silent passively cooled operation
