What it is

The LUOM OZC7 is a 4x1 HDMI video capturing device that accepts four HDMI sources and a microphone, then routes them through a single USB 3.0 connection at up to 1080@60fps while passing 4K@30Hz through its HDMI loop-out. It requires no driver installation and works with standard third-party streaming software.

Who it suits

Streamers, educators or conference hosts who need to switch between multiple HDMI cameras, consoles or PCs without re-cabling will benefit from the four-input design and IR remote control. Users who must capture at 4K60 over USB or who require more than four simultaneous sources should consider other options.

Deciding specification

The USB 3.0 capture output tops out at 1080@60fps even though the HDMI inputs and loop-out support 4K@30Hz, so the maximum recorded resolution is the key figure to match against your workflow.
