What the OZC9 captures
The LUOM OZC9 is a USB 3.0 capture device that accepts an HDMI signal up to 4K at 60 Hz and records or streams at 1080p 60 fps. It is built for gamers, streamers and remote workers who need to bring console, camera or PC footage into OBS, VLC, Vmix or similar software on Windows, macOS, Linux or Android without installing drivers.
Sustained streaming stability
A built-in 1000 Mbps RJ45 port provides a wired Ethernet path for the streaming data, removing the variability of Wi‑Fi during long sessions. The aluminium alloy shell acts as a passive heatsink, so the latest internal chips maintain consistent throughput without throttling when the card runs for hours at a time.
Build, connectors and daily use
The aluminium enclosure protects the PCB while keeping the unit light enough for portable setups. One HDMI 1.4 input and one loop‑out let you play on a local display at 4K 30 Hz with no added latency while the capture path records 1080p. A USB‑C cable and an HDMI cable are included, and the HDMI input supports AWG26 cables up to 15 metres at 1080p.

Questions about this item
How much heat or noise does the LUOM OZC9 produce when streaming all day?
The aluminium-alloy shell runs passively with no fan, so it stays silent and only warm to the touch during continuous use.
What cables or host ports must I already have to use the capture card?
You need an HDMI source, a USB 3.0 or USB-C port on the computer, and a standard Ethernet cable for the RJ45 link; HDMI and USB cables are included.
Will the loop-out still pass 4K@60 Hz to my older 1080p monitor?
The HDMI loop-out supports up to 4K@30 Hz pass-through; a 1080p display will receive its native resolution without added latency.
