4x2 HDMI Matrix for Multi-Source Setups

This LUOM OZJ1 matrix routes four HDMI sources to two independent displays with support for 4K at 60 Hz and HDR10. It suits home theatres, meeting rooms and retail installations where multiple devices must share screens without constant cable swapping.

Straightforward Rack or Desk Installation

All HDMI ports and the power input sit on the same face, simplifying cable runs in tight cabinets. The unit accepts standard HDMI cables up to 10 metres at AWG26 specification. EDID management is handled automatically, though ultra-wide 3440 x 1440 resolutions are not recommended due to compatibility limits.

4K60 Bandwidth with 1080p Downscaling Headroom

The 18.5 Gbps pipeline carries 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, 2K at 144 Hz and deep colour up to 48-bit. Each output can downscale 4K to 1080p independently, so mixed-resolution displays work together. Dolby Atmos 7.1 passes through only on output A, while LPCM and DTS 5.1 are available on both.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the LUOM OZJ1 matrix is switching correctly after connecting four sources and two displays?

Confirm each display shows the selected source at up to 3840x2160@60Hz with HDR10 active, check that both optical and 3.5mm audio output sound simultaneously, and ensure the front-panel LEDs match the chosen input for each output.

What cables and accessories are included with the LUOM OZJ1, and what must I provide separately?

The unit ships with the matrix, a power adapter, an IR remote and mounting brackets; you must supply four HDMI source cables and two HDMI display cables up to 10m AWG26 standard.

Should I choose the 4x2 matrix over a simple 4x1 switch for my two-display setup?

The 4x2 matrix lets you route any of the four sources independently to each of the two displays, supports downscaling 4K to 1080p on one output while the other keeps 4K@60Hz, and provides simultaneous optical plus 3.5mm audio on both zones.
