A 3.3 ft USB-C male-to-female extension cable supporting 10 Gbps data, 100 W charging and 4K 60 Hz video, sold as a two-pack
Cable Length 3.3 Feet
This two-pack of LUOM PQ106 cables extends a USB-C connection by 3.3 ft. Each cable has a male plug on one end and a female port on the other. They suit users who need extra reach for charging, data or video from a laptop, tablet, phone or SSD.
The cable carries USB 3.1 Gen2 signals up to 10 Gbps. Video output up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz works only when the host port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and a Gen2-rated cable is used on the device side. Thunderbolt 3 devices are compatible but limited to the cable's 10 Gbps rating.
Maximum charging is 100 W at 20 V / 5 A, provided the charger, the cable and the device all support that level. An E-Marker chip negotiates the power contract safely. The connectors are USB-C only and will not fit USB-A or Mini-B ports.

Yes — at the rated 10 Gbps a 5 GB file transfers in roughly 5–10 seconds, provided both host and device support USB 3.1 Gen2.
The cable is described as a Thunderbolt 3 extender cord, so it will pass Thunderbolt 3 signals when both ends support that protocol.
