The LUOM SW241-HD lets four computers or laptops share a single monitor and up to four USB 3.0 peripherals. Switching is handled by front-panel push buttons, an IR remote or a wired desktop controller. The unit requires each computer and the monitor to provide an HDMI port and ships with four USB 3.0 A-to-A cables, a 12 V 1 A power adapter, an IR cable and a user manual.

Passive cooling with external power

The switch draws power from the included 12 V 1 A adapter and operates without internal fans, so it adds no audible noise to the workspace. Auto-scan cycles through connected computers at a fixed three-second interval while LED indicators show the active port. USB 3.0 ports deliver up to 5 Gbps bandwidth, backward compatible with 480 Mbps USB 2.0 devices.
