The LUOM TJ-A009 is a manual DisplayPort 1.4 switch that routes one source to two displays or two sources to one display. It supports 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz with 32.4 Gbps bandwidth. The unit requires external 5 V power and uses a push-button to change the active path. It does not show both screens at the same time.

Build integration and cabling

Connect the switch between a GPU or laptop and one or two monitors using standard DisplayPort 1.4 cables to reach the rated speeds. The box draws power from the included DC 5 V cable, freeing the source from supplying extra current over the DP link. A single button press swaps the signal in about one second while LED indicators confirm the active port.

Thermals noise and power
