Three-source HDMI 2.1 switch for 8K displays

The LUOM TJ-A210 connects three HDMI 2.1 sources to a single 8K-capable display, supporting 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz with 48 Gbps bandwidth. It handles HDR, Dolby Vision and compressed audio formats including Dolby Atmos and DTS. A compact aluminium enclosure keeps the unit light at 1.2 ounces.

Verify HDMI 2.1 cables and 5 V power before ordering

Each of the three inputs and the single output uses a female HDMI 2.1 connector, so all cables must be rated for 48 Gbps to reach the stated resolutions. The switch draws power from an included DC 5 V line; a USB port or mains adapter supplying 5 V is required for stable operation. CEC pass-through means connected devices can trigger automatic switching.

Fits between multiple consoles

The switch sits inline between up to three playback devices — such as a games console, media streamer and Blu-ray player — and a television, monitor or projector. Manual button and infrared remote let you change sources without leaving the sofa. No drivers are needed on Windows, macOS or Linux. It does not add extra HDMI ports beyond the single output, so buyers needing simultaneous multi-display output should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the LUOM TJ-A210 3×1 HDMI 2.1 switch and do I need to buy any cables separately?

The package includes the 3-in-1-out switch, an IR remote control, a DC 5 V power cable and a product manual. HDMI cables for the three inputs and the single output are not included and must be purchased separately.

The switch supports 8K@60Hz, 4K@120Hz and 1080P@240Hz — which resolution should I pick for my Xbox Series X or PS5?

For Xbox Series X or PS5 choose 4K@120Hz to match the consoles' maximum HDMI 2.1 output; 8K@60Hz is available for future 8K sources and 1080P@240Hz suits high-refresh-rate monitors.

What does the 48Gbps bandwidth figure mean when the switch is connected to a real 8K TV and three sources?

48Gbps is the full HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, so the switch can pass uncompressed 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz with HDR and Dolby Vision from any connected source to the display without compression or frame drops.
