A 10 ft DisplayPort 2.1 cable supporting 16K@30Hz, 8K@120Hz and 4K@240Hz at 80Gbps bandwidth
This 10 ft DisplayPort 2.1 cable connects laptops, PCs, televisions and gaming monitors with male-to-male terminals. It carries up to 80 Gbps bandwidth and supports resolutions up to 16K at 30 Hz with DSC, plus 8K at 120 Hz and 4K at 240 Hz. The triple-shielded construction uses solid copper conductors for reliable signal transmission. It suits users who need a single long cable for ultra-high-definition video and audio.
The cable maintains the full 80 Gbps link rate over its 10 ft length, enabling continuous 16K 30 Hz, 8K 120 Hz or 4K 240 Hz output without signal degradation. Display Stream Compression 1.2a allows visually lossless high refresh rates at 4K 165 Hz and 1440p 360 Hz during extended gaming sessions. HBR3 signalling, Forward Error Correction and Dynamic HDR metadata transport remain stable under constant load. HDCP 2.2 and DPCP 1.0 handshakes stay established for protected content playback.
The 80 Gbps UHBR20 mode supports 16K 30 Hz, 8K 120 Hz and 4K 240 Hz only when both source and sink implement DisplayPort 2.1 with DSC. Legacy GPUs limited to HBR3 cannot reach these resolutions or refresh rates regardless of cable capability. Multi-Stream Transport daisy-chaining requires DisplayPort 1.2 or later on all devices. The 10 ft length meets VESA certified passive cable limits for UHBR20; longer runs would need active signal conditioning.

Other versions of this model
The cable is a passive copper assembly with no active electronics, so it produces no audible noise and negligible heat even when running at 80 Gbps all day.
Both devices need a full-size DisplayPort 2.1 (or backwards-compatible 1.4/1.3/1.2/1.1) female receptacle; no adapters or extra power are required.
Yes, the cable is backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.4 and 1.2, so it will carry 4K at 144 Hz from a GTX 1080 without signal loss.
