Ultra-Thin 6-Inch LED Downlight

The Luxrite LR23761 is a 6-inch ultra-thin LED recessed downlight built for shallow ceiling cavities. Its wafer-thin profile eliminates the need for a traditional housing can, while an integrated junction box and spring-loaded clips simplify wiring and deliver a flush ceiling finish. The fixture carries a wet-location rating, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use including soffits, eaves and shower areas.

Installers needing adjustable colour

This downlight suits electricians and DIYers who want selectable colour temperature at the fixture and a housing-free installation in tight plenums. Buyers who require a fixed single CCT, a traditional can housing for insulation contact, or higher lumen output than this model provides should consider alternative fixtures.

Five-position CCT selector switch

Each unit includes a side-mounted switch offering five discrete colour temperatures: 27K warm white, 3000K soft white, 3500K natural white, 4000K cool white and 5000K bright white. Smooth dimming from 100 to 10 percent light output lets you match the atmosphere to any room or task.

Questions about this item

Will the 100-to-10-percent dimming work with my older wall dimmer?

The fixture dims from 100 to 10 percent light output; compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model already installed.

How can I confirm the 5 CCT switch is set to the 4000K cool white I want?

Slide the attached switch to the 4000K position; the emitted light will shift to a neutral cool white tone you can see immediately.

Does the package include the junction box and spring clips, or must I buy a separate can?

Each ultra-thin downlight ships with its own junction box and spring-loaded clips; no separate can is required.
