Lyle Permit Parking Sign 12x18

The Lyle T1-1064-HI is a vertical rectangular permit parking sign manufactured from aluminium with pre-drilled mounting holes. It displays printed English text and features reflective sheeting for improved visibility in low-light conditions. This new facility and traffic safety item suits property managers and facility operators marking designated permit zones.

Dimensions and Visibility Limits

The sign measures 12 inches wide by 18 inches high, providing a compact footprint for standard post or wall mounting. Reflective sheeting enhances legibility at night or in poor weather, though the fixed English legend cannot be customised for bilingual requirements. Aluminium construction resists corrosion, but the 12x18 size may limit reading distance on high-speed approaches compared to larger formats.

Questions about this item

Will the 12" x 18" aluminum sign fit the existing mounting holes on my current posts?

The sign uses a standard mounting-hole pattern for vertical rectangles; measure the centre-to-centre spacing on your posts and compare it to the sign’s hole layout before installing.

How can I verify the reflective sheeting is performing correctly once the sign is mounted?

At night, shine a vehicle’s low-beam headlights at the sign from the intended viewing distance; the legend and background should return a bright, uniform glow without dark spots.
