All-in-one video conferencing camera

The Maciebelle CP008 combines a 1080p 30fps webcam, four omnidirectional microphones and a 3W speaker in a single USB-A device. Fixed-focus optics and a 90° field of view suit small to medium meeting spaces. A magnetic privacy cover and mute button give instant visual and audio privacy.

Replaces separate mic, speaker and webcam setups

Users upgrading from a basic laptop camera gain integrated audio that picks up voices up to 8 metres away with noise reduction. The jump is worth it when desk clutter or cable count must be reduced for regular video calls. Buyers who need higher frame rates or adjustable focus should look elsewhere.

Plug-and-play with a flexible clip

No driver installation is required on Windows XP through 10, Mac 10.4 or later, and common conferencing apps. The universal clip fits laptops, monitors or a tripod, and the 1.7m cable reaches most ports. Avoid USB hubs because they may not supply enough current for the speaker and microphones.

Questions about this item

How long is the USB cable on the CP008 webcam?

The cable is 1.7 metres long and ends in a USB-A plug, so check that your computer or monitor has a free USB-A port within that reach.

What is the correct way to connect the CP008 to avoid power issues?

Plug the webcam directly into a USB-A port on the computer; the supplier advises against using a USB hub because it may not supply enough current.

How do I silence the four microphones quickly during a call?

Press the mute button on the webcam; it activates a silent mode that stops the microphones from picking up sound.
