Compatible 4-Pack for Ricoh MP C-Series

This four-cartridge set supplies black, cyan, yellow and magenta toner for Ricoh MP C2000, MP C2500 and MP C3000 colour multifunction printers. It also fits equivalent Gestetner, Lanier and Savin models listed in the compatibility data. The pack is intended for offices that need a full colour replenishment in a single order.

Yield limits under ISO/IEC 19798

Black toner is rated at 20K pages and each colour at 15K pages when measured at five percent coverage under the ISO/IEC 19798 standard. Real-world output will drop if pages contain heavy graphics, solid fills or higher average coverage. The cartridges replace OEM codes 888636 through 888639 and 884962 through 884965.

Straightforward swap with common pitfalls

Each cartridge slides into its colour-coded slot without tools, and the printer recognises the chip automatically. The most frequent issue is forgetting to remove the sealing tape, which causes blank pages or streaks. Users who ignore low-toner warnings risk running a colour dry mid-job, forcing a full set replacement to resume printing.

Questions about this item

Should I choose this 4-pack over single-colour cartridges?

This pack ships one black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow cartridge together, so you replace all colours in one order.

How many pages will the black cartridge actually print in my Ricoh MP C3000?

The black toner is rated at 20K pages at 5% coverage under ISO/IEC 19798; heavy graphics or dense text will reduce that figure.

Does this toner work with the original Ricoh 888636 chip interface?

Yes — the cartridges are built as compatible replacements for Ricoh part numbers 888636, 888637, 888638 and 888639 and fit the listed Ricoh, Gestetner, Lanier and Savin models.
