8.5 inch LCD writing board

The mafiti MP100 is an 8.5 inch electronic drawing pad built for children, students and anyone who needs a lightweight reusable surface for notes or sketches. It replaces paper for quick doodles, spelling practice or shopping lists without creating waste.

One-press erase with lock switch

A single erase button clears the entire screen instantly, while a dedicated lock switch prevents accidental deletion when the board is carried in a bag or handed to a young child. The included plastic stylus stores in a built-in dock and doubles as a kick-stand for displaying messages.

Up to 100000 erase cycles on a replaceable CR2016

The 3.0V coin cell powers writing and erasing for roughly 100000 cycles before a simple battery swap restores full function. The 8.5 inch liquid LCD surface handles daily drawing, memos and classroom exercises, but offers no internal storage or connectivity for saving work digitally.

Questions about this item

How does the 8.5 inch screen size translate to actual writing space?

The active area measures 23 cm by 15 cm, giving roughly the same room as a standard A5 notepad for notes or sketches.

What does the CR2016 3.0V battery actually power and how long does it last?

It powers the erase function only; the board retains writing without power and the cell is rated for over 100000 erase cycles before replacement.

What does the 0.8 cm thickness mean for fitting it in a bag or on a desk?

At 0.8 cm thick and 0.24 pounds, it slides into a sleeve or backpack pocket and sits flat on any surface without a separate stand.
