Compact USB magstripe reader

The MagTek 21073062 SEC LVL 2 reads Tracks 1, 2 and 3 on ISO 7801/7811 and AAMVA cards at 4 to 60 IPS. It connects through USB-HID or USB Keyboard Emulation so it works with Windows plug-and-play without extra drivers. The unit draws 5 V from the USB bus at up to 110 mA in normal mode.

Bi-directional swipe with status LED

A 3.94" by 1.28" by 1.23" black housing weighs 4.5 oz and fits tight counters while keeping a long swipe path. Cards can be swiped in either direction for faster checkout flow. Red, green and amber LEDs give immediate visual feedback on read status and device state.

Hardware encryption for PCI scope reduction
