Frame Purpose & Audience

This Mainstays front-loading picture frame holds a single 16 x 20 photo, print or poster. The black plastic construction gives a clean, simple look that suits many room styles. It can be hung on a wall or stood on a tabletop for flexible placement. The front-loading design lets you swap artwork quickly without removing the frame from the wall.

Who It Suits & Who It Does Not

The frame suits anyone wanting an easy way to display and change a 16 x 20 image on a wall or flat surface. It is not for buyers who need multiple openings in one frame or a deeper profile for thick canvas or memorabilia. Collectors requiring archival-grade materials or UV-protective glazing should look elsewhere.

Behaviour Over Time

The plastic frame keeps its shape and finish under normal indoor conditions. Front-loading access remains simple after repeated artwork changes because there are no rear clips to loosen. The assembled depth of .6 inch stays consistent whether the frame is mounted vertically or horizontally.

Questions about this item

What size photo or print do I need to fit the 16 x 20 opening?

The frame holds a single 16 x 20 photo, print or poster; the front-loading design lets you slide it in and out without removing the frame from the wall.

Can I keep using the same nails or hooks if I move the frame to a different wall?

Yes — the frame weighs very little and its 0.6 in depth means standard picture hooks or nails will support it on any new wall.

How do I know the frame is level once it is hung?

Use a small bubble level across the top edge; the 16.25 in width gives plenty of surface to check, and the black finish makes the level easy to read.
