What the refill does and who needs it

This green polyethylene tape refill works only with MakeID L1-C and L1-C-HD label makers. It prints without ink or toner using thermal technology. The roll suits indoor organisation tasks such as jars, files, cables, cosmetics and price tags. Buyers needing a different printer brand or a non-thermal system cannot use this cartridge.

Capacity and where it stops

Each roll is 16 mm wide and 4 m (13 ft) long, supplied as a single continuous strip. The adhesive is waterproof, oil-resistant and tear-resistant on paper, plastic, glass and metal. Once the 4 m run out the roll is finished; there is no way to extend it without a new cartridge. Heavy-duty outdoor exposure or extreme chemical contact falls outside the stated resistance.

How it fits a labelling setup

The cartridge snaps into the L1-C series printer and a smart chip auto-detects the label size for correct alignment. Pull out 15 cm of transparent leader tape before first use, then peel labels from the convenient back slit. No separate ink, toner or ribbons are required, freeing bench space and ongoing consumable cost. The refill adds no wireless, Bluetooth or network features.
