Compatible nose piece

The Malco ER45 is a 1/8 inch nose piece designed for the 2IN1 hand riveter. It allows the tool to set rivets of that specific diameter. This accessory is for technicians and DIY users who need to maintain or expand the capability of their existing riveter.

Single-diameter limitation

The nose piece accepts only 1/8 inch rivets and cannot accommodate other sizes. Users requiring different diameters must obtain separate nose pieces. The part is a direct replacement component and does not alter the force or stroke of the hand riveter itself.

Replaces worn originals

This item replaces a lost or damaged factory nose piece to restore the riveter to working condition. The upgrade is worthwhile when the current tip is deformed or missing, preventing proper rivet setting. It is not a conversion kit for different rivet types or tool models.
