Universal spigot for lighting rigs

The Manfrotto 013 is a 16 mm brass spigot fitted with a 1/4-20 thread on one end and a 3/8 thread on the other. It connects lights, modifiers or camera gear that use different thread standards. The solid brass body resists wear in daily studio or location work. It replaces the earlier 3094 model for current inventory.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive metal adapter the 013 generates no heat and draws no power during use. It adds no audible noise to a set because it contains no moving parts or electronics. The brass construction simply transfers mechanical load between the two threaded ends. There are no thermal limits or fan curves to manage.
