What this backpack is and who it suits

The Manhattan Portage Commuter Laptop Backpack 17 is a navy-coloured bag that converts between backpack, cross-body messenger and briefcase styles. A heavily padded sleeve fits laptops up to 17 inches. Water-resistant coating, twin buckle closure and multiple zippered pockets keep daily work gear organised and protected.

What to check on your existing setup before ordering

Confirm that your laptop does not exceed the 17-inch sleeve limit and that the main compartment volume matches the amount of gear you typically carry. Verify that the hideaway backpack straps, detachable shoulder strap and top handle suit your preferred carrying style. The luggage pass-through sleeve requires a rolling suitcase with a compatible handle.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Commuters who want one bag for cycling, walking and rolling-luggage travel will appreciate the three-way carry and quick-access front pockets. Buyers needing a dedicated tablet sleeve, external water-bottle pockets or a larger capacity for overnight clothing should consider a different design.
