Ready for Emergencies

The Energizer WeatherReady flashlight is a handheld LED light rated at 100 lumens with an IPX7 waterproof seal. It floats when dropped in water and runs for up to 20 hours on the two included Energizer MAX AA batteries. The rugged plastic body survives drops from three feet and throws a beam reaching 245 feet.

Home and Outdoor Use

This light suits drivers who want a dependable car flashlight and outdoor enthusiasts who need a floating beam for boating or wet weather. It is not for buyers who want a rechargeable unit or a higher-output light for long-distance spotting. The fixed 100-lumen level also limits its appeal for users who require adjustable brightness modes.

IPX7 Submersion Rating

The IPX7 rating means the flashlight can be fully submerged in water and continue working, a decisive factor for marine use or heavy rain. Combined with its ability to float, this single specification determines whether the light meets the buyer's wet-environment requirements.
