A 12 V electric horn delivering 106 dB at one meter with a 430 Hz tone, corrosion-resistant ASA cover and 3 A draw
The Marinco MiniBlast is a compact single electric horn built for 12 V marine electrical systems. Its sealed sound unit uses a stainless steel diaphragm and a non-corrosive ASA plastic cover to withstand saltwater exposure. The unit produces a 106 dB(A) signal at one meter with a fundamental frequency of 430 Hz. It draws a maximum of 3 amps during operation.
The horn mounts in the same hole pattern as the 10035 model, allowing a direct swap without new drilling. Overall dimensions are 4.375 inches long by 3.375 inches wide by 2 inches high, so it fits tight dash or bulkhead spaces. The sealed construction keeps moisture out of the driver, freeing the installer from additional waterproofing steps. A standard 12 V supply and a momentary switch are all that are required to complete the circuit.
At 3 amps maximum the horn places minimal load on a boat's 12 V system and can share a fused circuit with other accessories. The sealed sound unit and ASA cover prevent corrosion that would otherwise degrade output or increase noise over time. In normal use the unit emits a clean 430 Hz tone at 106 dB(A) without mechanical rattle or electrical whine. No moving external parts mean there is no fan or bearing noise to consider.

The horn draws a maximum of 3 amps at 12 volts, so sustained use will not exceed this electrical load.
It produces 106 dB(A) at one meter with a 430 Hz tone; the sealed sound unit and ASA plastic cover dissipate heat without a fan, so noise is the primary output.
It uses the same hole pattern as the 10035 horn, so that specific cut-out must already be present on the vessel.
