Portable Bluetooth speaker for travel

The Marshall Willen II is a compact active speaker with a 2.0 configuration and 10 watts of total power. It connects via Bluetooth with an operating range of 33 feet and delivers balanced signature sound with harder hitting bass. The IP67 rating means it withstands dust and submersion in 1 m of water for 30 minutes. A built-in microphone allows hands-free calls wherever you take it.

Battery life and thermal behaviour

The internal battery provides 17 hours of portable playtime on a single charge for all-day listening. Passive cooling keeps the amplifier silent during normal use with no audible fan noise. Power draw remains low thanks to the 10 watt output and efficient active amplification. The 82 decibel signal-to-noise ratio ensures clean output without hiss at typical volumes.

Rugged build with versatile mounting

The cream-coloured enclosure measures 5.0 by 16.0 by 5.0 inches and weighs 0.79 lb for easy packing. An integrated rubber fastening strap lets you stand it upright, lay it flat, hang it or fix it to gear. The single Bluetooth input keeps the connection simple with no cables to manage. This design suits outdoor users who need durability and flexible placement.

Questions about this item

How do I pair the Willen II with my phone over Bluetooth and what distance should I stay within?

Enable Bluetooth on your phone, select Willen II from the device list, and keep the phone within 33 feet for a stable connection.

Will the internal battery of the Willen II be replaceable when it stops holding a charge after extended use?

The battery is sealed inside the IP67-rated enclosure and is not user-replaceable; the unit would need professional service if capacity degrades.

At what volume level does the 10-watt amplifier begin to compress or distort during long listening sessions?

The 10-watt active amplifier with 82 dB signal-to-noise ratio stays clean at moderate levels but will compress first when pushed near maximum output for sustained periods.
