Product Identity

The Martin Yale Premier Green Paper Trimmer is a bypass-style cutting board built on a 12.5 by 12 inch wood base. It handles up to 20 sheets per pass with a 12 inch cut length and a hardened steel blade. The unit ships as a single piece for office, school or craft environments.

Core Functionality

A through-hardened self-sharpening blade cuts paper mat board cardboard film tissue and textiles. An automatic latch locks the blade on every stroke while a full-length finger guard and torsion spring keep the blade from falling. A half-inch grid with dual rulers and a soft-grip ergonomic handle support repeatable accurate cuts. Non-skid rubber feet stabilise the 3/4 inch thick base during use.

Ideal User

Suited to users who need a stable manual trimmer for moderate-volume straight cuts on diverse sheet materials. Buyers who require higher sheet capacity longer cut length or powered operation should consider other equipment.

Questions about this item

Which replacement blade part numbers fit this trimmer when the original dulls?

The compatible replacements are Premier W-O175012 for the curved blade and W-O010512 for the straight blade.

At 20 sheets per cut, what is the maximum cutting length before I must reposition the stack?

The cut length is 12 inches, so each stroke trims up to that distance across the full 20-sheet capacity.

Does the 3/4-inch wood base and torsion spring keep vibration and noise low during repeated all-day use?

The heavy wood base with non-skid feet adds stability, and the torsion spring prevents the blade from dropping, reducing clatter during continuous cutting.
