Soft plush elephant for hugging

The Mary Meyer FabFuzz Indigo Elephant is a 16-inch stuffed animal designed for cuddling. Its sculpted purple fabric and floppy ears give it a distinctive style. The toy is built to be a long-lasting companion for children and collectors alike. Bean weighting adds a pleasant heft and natural floppiness to the body.

Safe construction and easy care

Plastic eyes are sonic welded in place and meet all required safety standards for ages zero and up. The plush detailing on the ears and feet uses durable materials that withstand regular handling. Surface cleaning is simple with a machine wash cycle followed by air drying. No batteries or electronic components are present to fail or overheat.

Weighted beans and embroidered details

Internal beans provide weight that helps the elephant sit naturally and enhances the tactile experience. Embroidered facial features add character without hard or detachable parts. The textured, etched fabric offers sensory variety for small hands. These elements combine to create a toy focused on comfort and durability.

Questions about this item

How do I machine-wash the FabFuzz Indigo Elephant and what drying step do people skip?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle then air dry only; putting it in a tumble dryer damages the sculpted fabric and the internal beans.

Which part of the 16-inch elephant is most likely to need attention after years of hugging?

The plastic eyes are sonic-welded and exceed safety standards, so they rarely fail; the polyester beans inside may gradually compress, making the toy less floppy over time.

What is the first sign the stuffed elephant is reaching its limit during extended play?

The beans that give the toy its weight and floppiness will slowly lose volume, so the elephant feels flatter and less posable after heavy daily use.
