Lockout Safety for Teams

This pack contains twelve dielectric padlocks designed for lockout procedures where non-conductive materials are required. The thermoplastic bodies and plastic shackles resist electrical conductivity, making them suitable for maintenance staff and electricians working on de-energised equipment. Each lock is keyed alike so a single key operates every padlock in the set, simplifying key management for crews sharing responsibility across multiple isolation points. Two keys and labelling labels are included with the pack.

Non-Conductive Build and Daily Handling

Thermoplastic bodies and plastic shackles eliminate metal components that could conduct electricity during lockout operations. The open shackle design with 13/16 in clearance allows attachment to a variety of hasps, valve handles and breaker toggles without forcing fit. A non-removable key feature prevents the key from being withdrawn while the shackle is open, reducing the chance of leaving a lock unlocked by mistake. Bright red colour and danger header labels support quick visual identification on busy job sites.

Replacing Mixed Keyed Sets

Teams currently managing multiple keyed-different padlocks can consolidate to this single-key system to reduce the number of keys carried and speed up shift handovers. The upgrade is worthwhile when every authorised worker needs access to every isolation point and key control procedures allow shared keys. Operations that require individual accountability per lock or unique keys per energy source will not be served by a keyed-alike configuration.
