Magnetic tape with adhesive backing holds up to 9 lb pull across a 50 ft roll
This Master Magnetics roll provides a magnetic surface with a non-magnetic adhesive backing suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. It measures fifty feet long by three-quarters of an inch wide. The flexible rubber polymer resin material conforms to irregular surfaces. It operates reliably between minus fifteen and one hundred sixty degrees Fahrenheit.
The ferrite powder composite maintains its magnetic properties across the full rated temperature range without degradation. The adhesive layer bonds to clean, dry surfaces in typical ambient conditions. Maximum pull reaches nine pounds per unit area under ideal contact. No power draw or cooling is required for this passive material.
The tape adheres directly to prepared metal, plastic or painted substrates without fasteners. Its point-zero-six inch thickness adds minimal profile to assemblies. The fifty-foot roll allows custom lengths for fixtures, signage or tool organisation. Surfaces must be free of oil and dust for reliable adhesion.

Clean the surface thoroughly, peel the adhesive liner, press the non-magnetic side firmly along the full 50 ft length, and allow the bond to set before applying any load.
Inspect the adhesive bond and rubber polymer surface periodically; replace the roll if the ferrite powder layer cracks or the pull force drops below the 9 lb rating.
The stability range tops out at 160 degrees F; sustained exposure above that temperature degrades the rubber polymer resin and reduces magnetic holding power.
