Lightweight stereo headphone with 3.5 mm plug

The Maxell 190318WM is a wired stereo headphone built for portable music players and everyday listening. It weighs .2 and uses an ultra-slim adjustable headband with a foldable frame for easy storage. The 1.18 dynamic drivers sit in an open form factor and connect through a nickel-plated 3.5 mm straight plug on a 4 ft cord.

Upgrade from basic earbuds or heavy over-ear sets

This model replaces flimsy bundled earbuds or bulky headphones that fatigue the neck during long sessions. The jump is worth it when you want a lighter clamp force and a single-entry cable that resists tangles. Buyers who need active noise cancellation or a detachable cable will not find those features here.

Behaviour during extended listening

Rated input is 40 mW with a maximum of 100 mW, so the drivers handle continuous playback from portable sources without distortion. Sensitivity of 100 dB +/- 3 dB and channel balance under 3 dB keep volume and imaging steady across the 20 Hz to 22000 Hz range. The Anisotropic Ferrite magnet and .016 mm film maintain consistent output during multi-hour use.
