Branch Pendant with Natural Aged Brass Finish

The Maxim Mfg. 38419CLNAB is a single-light pendant measuring 11 inches wide. It features clear glass vessels supported by a solid brass frame with a hand-rubbed Natural Aged Brass finish. The fixture suits dining areas, entryways, or kitchen islands where a decorative focal point is desired.

Sustained Illumination and Heat Management

The pendant accommodates one bulb, so thermal output scales with the chosen lamp rather than an integrated array. Clear glass allows unobstructed light distribution while the open frame promotes natural convection around the socket. Extended operation remains stable provided the installed bulb respects the fixture’s rated maximum wattage.

Wiring and Mounting Constraints

The fixture connects to standard household wiring through a canopy that accepts direct attachment or the supplied extension rods. This flexibility lets the installer set the drop length within the limits of the provided hardware. California Proposition 65 notices apply due to chemicals present in the brass finish and glass components.

Questions about this item

Does the 11" pendant generate noticeable heat when left on all day?

The single-light design uses one standard bulb, so heat output matches that bulb's rating; the clear glass and solid brass frame dissipate warmth normally for decorative fixtures.

What electrical items must already be in place for this pendant to install?

A standard ceiling junction box rated for the fixture's weight and a compatible dimmer or switch circuit are required before mounting the canopy and supplied rods.

Will the Natural Aged Brass finish match older brass hardware already in the room?

The hand-rubbed Natural Aged Brass is designed to coordinate with traditional brass accents, though exact tone matching varies by existing piece age and patina.
