Questions about this item

How do I mount the 3427 pendant to the ceiling box and what step is often missed?

Attach the supplied mounting bracket to the junction box, connect the fixture wires to the house wiring, then secure the canopy; the step often missed is tightening the set screw that locks the canopy flush against the ceiling.

What part will need replacement first on the 3427 pendant?

The three included lamps will require replacement as they age; the Oriental Bronze finish and Water Glass shades are not user-serviceable components.

At what temperature does the 3427 pendant's finish show stress under continuous operation?

The Oriental Bronze finish is rated for normal indoor ambient conditions; sustained heat above typical household levels may accelerate discoloration.
