Six Black Magnetic Markers

This set contains six black dry-erase markers with fine tips and built-in erasers. They are designed for classrooms, offices and homes that use magnetic whiteboards. The ink is certified non-toxic under ASTM D-4236 and has a low odour. The magnetic caps allow the markers to stick directly to the board or other metal surfaces.

Replaces Standard Markers

These markers upgrade from regular dry-erase pens that roll off trays or lack erasers. The jump is worth it when you need precise 1-2 mm lines on grid boards or calendars without over-erasing. The flat-tip eraser handles small corrections cleanly. Buyers who need multiple colours or broader strokes for large diagrams should look elsewhere.

Simple Magnetic Attachment

Installation is as easy as uncapping and writing; the MagCap grips the whiteboard instantly. Common issues include the fine tip wearing down faster on rough surfaces and the eraser flattening with heavy use. The low-odour ink reduces irritation but may take longer to dry on glossy boards. Always store horizontally to maintain ink flow.

Questions about this item

What surface does the magnetic cap stick to?

The MagCap grips any magnetic whiteboard, fridge whiteboard, or metal locker without falling off.

How do you start the ink flow on the fine tip?

Shake the marker with the cap on, then press the tip down on the board until ink saturates it — skipping the shake leaves the tip dry.

When should the marker be replaced?

Replace it when the 1-2 mm line becomes faint or skips, as the low-odour ASTM D-4236 ink cannot be refilled.
