Dual 4K@60Hz USB Display Adapter
This MCHOSE adapter adds two external monitors through a single USB 3.0 or USB-C connection using DisplayLink technology. It delivers up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz per screen or a combined 5120x1440 at 60 Hz. A hybrid 2-in-1 cable fits USB-C, USB-A, Thunderbolt 3/4 and USB 4 ports. Driver installation is required before use.
Office and productivity users who need two screens
The adapter suits web browsing, spreadsheets, word processing and similar desktop work. It does not support HDCP-protected video playback and is not intended for gaming or graphics-intensive workloads. Linux, Unix, iPadOS and iOS are not supported, and plug-and-play operation is not available.
Dual 4K headroom with DisplayLink compression
Two 4096x2160 displays at 60 Hz run comfortably for typical office content. Bandwidth limits appear with high-refresh gaming, HDR video or colour-critical rendering, where the compressed link cannot sustain full quality. The adapter stops at dual 4K output and does not drive additional monitors beyond the two ports provided.

Questions about this item
Do I need to install a DisplayLink driver before the adapter will output to two monitors?
Yes, driver installation is required on Windows 10 or newer, macOS 11 or later, and ChromeOS 100+; the adapter does not support plug-and-play operation.
Will my existing HDMI and DisplayPort cables work with the dual video ports on this adapter?
The adapter provides one HDMI and one DisplayPort output, so your current HDMI and DisplayPort cables can be used directly for a dual-monitor setup.
How can I verify both external displays are running at 4K 60 Hz after connecting the adapter?
Check each monitor's on-screen information or the operating system's display settings to confirm a resolution of 4096x2160 at 60 Hz on both screens.
