USB-C Dual HDMI Adapter

This DisplayLink-certified adapter converts a single USB-C port into two HDMI 2.0 outputs. It supports dual 4K 60 Hz extended displays on both Windows 10 or 11 and macOS, including Apple Silicon M1 through M4 systems. Driver installation is required on all platforms.

Suits single-port laptops needing two external

Ideal for users whose laptop has only one USB-C, USB4 or Thunderbolt video port but requires two extended HDMI screens. Not suitable for buyers who need HDCP-protected playback on external displays. Also unsuitable for systems that cannot install the required DisplayLink Manager software.

Requires DisplayLink driver and host performance

The adapter relies on DisplayLink technology, so the host CPU, memory and USB 3.2 Gen 1 bandwidth determine actual dual 4K 60 Hz stability. Intel 8th Gen Core i5 or i7 or newer is recommended for Windows. macOS users must grant Screen Recording permission.

Questions about this item

Should I choose this dual-HDMI adapter or a single-HDMI version for two 4K monitors?

This adapter provides two HDMI 2.0 outputs so you can drive two 4K 60Hz displays from one USB-C port, while a single-HDMI model only supports one external screen.

What does “Dual 4K 60Hz” mean for everyday work on my laptop?

You get two independent 4K monitors running at 60 Hz each, giving a true extended desktop for multitasking, creative work or streaming, provided your system meets the CPU and driver requirements.

Which USB standard does it use and what bandwidth does that limit me to?

It runs over USB 3.2 Gen 1 at 5 Gbps, which caps the total video throughput and means dual 4K 60Hz performance depends on available CPU power and USB bandwidth.
