Delivers 48 V at 20 A with 94 % efficiency and active PFC, mounting on TS-35 DIN rail for industrial control equipment
The Mean Well SDR-960-48 is a 48V 20A single-output supply rated at 960W. It targets engineers and integrators building control cabinets, automation systems or distributed power architectures that demand regulated DC on a standard rail.
The unit clips onto TS-35 DIN rail in either 7.5 or 15 mm height. Convection cooling removes the need for forced airflow inside the enclosure. Active PFC and a 130% peak-load capability handle transient demands, while current-sharing allows up to four units to combine for 3840W total output.
Suitable for new industrial builds that require UL508-listed hardware and EN61000-6-2 immunity. Not suited for installations limited to 180-264VAC mains, for projects needing DC-OK relay contacts on a 75W frame, or for battery-charging applications without external control circuitry.

The supply delivers 20 A continuously and can reach 26 A for short periods before the 130% peak-load protection engages.
At 94% efficiency the unit loses roughly 60 W as heat, so the cabinet needs enough free-air convection to remove that power without forced airflow.
The clip fits standard TS-35 rails in both 7.5 mm and 15 mm heights.
