Multi-platform headset for gamers

The MechLands AULA G7 is a pink over-ear gaming headset built for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Switch and mobile devices. It uses 40 mm dynamic drivers with a composite diaphragm and a 360° OmniFit acoustic chamber to deliver stereo surround sound. A detachable noise-cancelling microphone and on-headset button controls handle chat and volume adjustments. RGB lighting adds a visual accent for streaming setups.

Suits players wanting wire-free freedom

The headset serves gamers who switch between desk and couch thanks to three connection modes: 2.4 GHz wireless via USB-C dongle, Bluetooth and 3.5 mm wired. The self-adjusting woven headband with a flexible steel frame and breathable fabric ear cushions keep weight at 280 g for long sessions. Buyers who need active noise cancellation for travel or a dedicated boom mic that stays fixed should look elsewhere.

Battery life decides the purchase

The 1000 mAh cell provides up to 60 hours of use in Bluetooth mode and 40 hours on the 2.4 GHz link with lighting off. A full recharge takes three hours and the headset can be used while charging. If your typical gaming marathon exceeds these figures between charges, a wired-only model removes the constraint.

Questions about this item

How do I switch the AULA G7 between 2.4GHz wireless and wired 3.5mm modes?

Plug the USB-C dongle into your device for 2.4GHz wireless, or connect the 3.5mm cable directly to the headset jack for wired use; the headset detects the active connection automatically.

Will the ear cushions or detachable microphone need replacing after heavy use?

The fabric ear cushions and detachable boom mic are user-replaceable; spare pads and mics are available separately if the cushions compress or the mic arm loosens over time.

At what point does the 1000mAh battery limit appear during a long session?

The 1000mAh battery delivers up to 60 hours in Bluetooth mode or 40 hours on 2.4GHz wireless with lighting off; expect the low-battery warning after roughly 40 hours of continuous 2.4GHz play.
