Portable Cherry Red Boombox

The Megatek CB-M25BT-RED is a cherry red portable boombox designed for listeners who want CD, FM radio and Bluetooth playback in one compact unit. It suits home, shop or on-the-go use with a top-loading disc mechanism and large, backlit controls for simple operation.

Playback Limits and Power

The CD player handles CDs, CD-R/RWs, CD-G and MP3 or WMA discs but cannot read other disc formats. Bluetooth works as a receiver only, so the unit cannot transmit audio to external speakers or headphones. FM radio offers 30 presets with no AM band, and USB playback supports FAT32 drives up to 128 GB. Power comes from AC mains or four C batteries, which are not supplied.

Build and Daily Connections

The cabinet measures 30 by 24 by 13.5 and weighs 2.72 lb, making it easy to move between rooms or take outside. Dual 3-inch front-firing drivers provide stereo output shaped by five EQ presets. A 3.5 mm AUX input and a matching headphone jack sit on the chassis for wired sources and private listening. No remote control is included, so all adjustments are made on the top panel.
