Model Kit & Target Builder

Upgrade From Simpler Kits

The moderate difficulty rating and 46 included parts mark a step up from entry-level sheets that use fewer components and simpler folds. Builders who have completed basic models and want tighter panel lines and a display stand will find the jump worthwhile.

Sustained Assembly Experience

Assembled dimensions reach approximately L- 4.72, W- 4.41, H- 2.52 inches, producing a solid display piece that holds its shape over time. No openings mean the exterior stays clean during long shelf life, and tweezers remain the only recommended tool for repeated handling.

Questions about this item

What size display area does the assembled A-10 Warthog model need?

The finished model measures approximately 4.72 inches long, 4.41 inches wide and 2.52 inches high, so allow a little extra space around those dimensions for the included display stand.

How are the 46 steel parts joined together during assembly?

The tabs on each piece are folded and twisted into the matching slots; tweezers or similar tools help grip the small metal tabs, and the instructions warn against forcing any connection that does not seat cleanly.

Will the steel model corrode or need protective coating over time?

The stainless-steel sheets resist rust under normal indoor conditions, so no paint or sealant is required; occasional dusting with a soft brush keeps the detail visible.
