Compact Kitchen Scale
The Meterk digital kitchen scale weighs ingredients from 1 g up to 5 kg or 11 lb. A stainless steel platform measuring 7.1 in by 5.5 in by .6 in fits easily on a countertop and stores in a drawer. Two AAA alkaline batteries are included so the scale is ready for immediate use by home cooks and bakers.
Five Unit Modes
The scale displays weight in grams, kilograms, pounds and ounces, fluid ounces or millilitres for water and milk. Pressing the UNIT button cycles through the five modes without needing a separate app or connection. Readings appear on a front mounted LCD that remains visible while a bowl sits on the platform.
Tare Function Limits
The tare button zeros the display after a container is placed on the platform, giving the net weight of contents up to the 5 kg maximum. Accuracy holds at 1 g increments, so very light spices may not register a change. The scale is not suited for weighing items heavier than 5 kg or for use on uneven surfaces.
