Keypad Door Knob with 50 User Codes

The Meterk IU-20 is a satin nickel electronic door knob that provides keyless entry for offices, warehouses, bedrooms and garages. It stores up to 50 user codes of four to fifteen digits alongside a single master code. The backlit keypad allows quick programming and night-time visibility. An IP65 rating protects the mechanism against dust and water jets.

Suits Standard Doors Needing Auto-Lock Convenience

This lock fits left or right-handed doors measuring 1-3/8 to 2-1/2 inches thick with a 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inch adjustable latch. It suits buyers who want auto-locking, passage mode and a Type-C USB backup power option without wiring. It is not for doors outside the stated thickness range or for frames requiring a mortise or deadbolt mechanism.

Handles 50 Codes and Long Battery Life

Four AA batteries deliver over two years of typical operation before the low-battery warning sounds. The 50-code capacity covers small teams, rental turnovers or family access with headroom to spare. When batteries are depleted the Type-C port accepts external power so entry remains possible. The lock cylinder and metal construction withstand daily commercial traffic.

Questions about this item

What door thickness and latch backset must my door already have for the Meterk IU-20 to fit?

The lock fits doors 1-3/8 to 2-1/2 inches thick and works with a 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inch adjustable latch.

Can I keep my existing mechanical key and use it with the IU-20's cylinder?

The backup keys supplied are compatible with most standard mechanical keys, so your current key may already work.

How do I confirm the lock is operating correctly after installation?

Test that the keypad backlight activates on any button press, the auto-lock engages after the door closes, and the low-battery warning sounds when voltage drops.
