Microfiber Glass Polishing Cloth Pack

The Metra 10904M pack contains four microfiber cloths designed for streak-free cleaning of glass, mirrors, chrome and eyeglasses. Each cloth measures 20 by 16 inches with a .2 inch thickness and weighs .37 pounds total. The lint-free construction uses microscopic fibers to lift grease, grime and fingerprints without chemical sprays. Machine washable for repeated reuse.

Ideal for Streak-Free Surface Care

Drivers, homeowners and spectacle wearers who want a reusable, chemical-free way to clear windows, mirrors and lenses will appreciate the lint-free finish. Buyers needing heavy-duty scrubbing pads for baked-on contaminants or disposable wipes for biohazard cleanup should look at specialist products instead. The cloths suit routine polishing, not abrasive restoration.

Capacity and Headroom

Four cloths provide enough rotation to keep one in the car, one in the kitchen and one for eyewear while a spare is in the wash. They comfortably handle light grease, water spots and daily dust on smooth surfaces. Heavily soiled exteriors with caked mud or tar deposits will exceed the gentle microfiber action and require pre-rinsing or stronger cleaners.

Questions about this item

What cleaning agents do I need to use with the Metra 10904M cloth to achieve the 99% grease removal claimed?

Only water is required; dampen the cloth, wring it out, and wipe to remove 99% of grease and grime without any sprays or chemicals.

Can I safely use these 20x16in microfiber cloths on my older eyeglasses with anti-reflective coating?

Yes, the lint-free microfiber is designed for eyeglasses and delicate optics, cleaning coated lenses without scratching or leaving streaks.

How will I know the cloth is still performing correctly after several machine washes?

It should continue to leave glass and mirrors completely streak-free and lint-free; if smearing or lint appears, the fibers may be worn and the cloth should be replaced.
