Double-DIN Kit for 1994-2000 Ford Mustang

This Metra dash installation kit fits select Ford Mustang models built between 1994 and 2000. It adapts the factory dashboard opening to accept a standard double-DIN aftermarket radio. The kit is designed for owners who want to upgrade their head unit without custom fabrication.

Factory-Matched Mounting Hardware Included

The package supplies the specific brackets and trim pieces required for a secure, vehicle-specific fit. These components align with the original mounting points so the new radio sits flush with the surrounding dashboard. Installers who need a different DIN size or a kit for another vehicle will need a different part number.

Questions about this item

Will the 95-5703B dash kit require any replacement clips or brackets during the life of the vehicle?

The kit uses factory-style mounting points and includes all necessary brackets; no additional clips or brackets are needed unless the original dash panels are damaged during removal.

What is the first limitation that appears when the installed head unit runs continuously in a 1994-2000 Ford Mustang?

The dash kit itself has no thermal or electrical limits; any sustained-use restriction comes from the head unit's own heat dissipation or the vehicle's wiring capacity, not from the 95-5703B.
