Multi Kit for Toyota 1984-2004

The Metra 99-8104 is a new multi kit designed to install an aftermarket head unit into select Toyota vehicles manufactured between 1984 and 2004. It provides the necessary brackets and trim pieces for a clean, integrated dashboard fit. The kit comes in a black finish to match factory interior aesthetics.

Ideal for single-DIN radio upgrades

This kit suits owners of compatible Toyota models who want to replace the original stereo with a modern single-DIN receiver. It is not intended for double-DIN installations or vehicles outside the stated 1984-2004 range. Buyers needing ISO wiring adapters or steering-wheel control interfaces must source those components separately.

Questions about this item

What dashboard opening size does the Metra 99-8104 Multi Kit require for installation?

The kit is designed to fit factory double-DIN openings in Toyota vehicles from 1984 through 2004, using the included trim panels and brackets for a secure mount.

Can I reuse my original Toyota steering wheel controls with the Metra 99-8104 Multi Kit and an aftermarket stereo?

This multi kit provides the physical dashboard housing only; retaining factory steering wheel controls requires a separate vehicle-specific interface module not included with the 99-8104.
