Curved Pole Car Wash Kit

The Metra BMBRUSH MOP-A3 is a new exterior care kit built around a 15-degree curved aluminum pole that extends from 21 to 41 inches. It includes two chenille microfiber heads and a 27 by 17 centimeter cleaning cloth for washing, drying and polishing vehicles.

Suited for High Reach Cleaning

Owners of trucks, SUVs, vans, RVs and boats who need to clean roofs and upper panels without a ladder will find the curved, adjustable pole practical. Buyers who want a compact tool for low-profile sports cars or a dedicated interior detailing kit should look at something else.

15-Degree Curved Extension Pole

The defining specification is the patented 15-degree curve combined with the 21-to-41-inch adjustable aluminum shaft. This geometry lets you reach roof centres and upper glass while standing on the ground, which a straight pole cannot do as comfortably.

Questions about this item

How do I lock the aluminum pole at the right length between 21 and 41 inches?

Extend the pole to the desired length, then tighten the ABS lock collar until it grips firmly; the collar is the only adjustment step and prevents the sections from sliding during use.

Which parts wear out and how do I replace them?

The two chenille microfiber heads and the 27x17 cm cleaning cloth are the consumables; each head slides off the curved frame and a new one slides on, while the cloth is machine-washable and replaced when it no longer absorbs water.

At what point does the 15-degree curved pole flex noticeably during a long wash?

The aluminum alloy pole resists flex up to the full 41-inch extension; noticeable bend only appears if heavy downward pressure is applied while the pole is fully extended.
