Cooktop Scraper & Pad Kit

The Metra Cooktop Scraper & Pad Kit contains a single-edge razor scraper with a safety guard and a non-woven scrubbing pad. It is designed for glass-ceramic cooktops and smooth stovetop surfaces from brands such as GE, Electrolux, Whirlpool and Maytag. The scraper handle holds the blade already inserted for immediate use.

Suited for glass and ceramic tops.

The kit works on kitchen cooktops, glass oven doors, windows and automotive glass to remove burnt-on food, grease, adhesives and stickers. Buyers needing abrasive pads for heavy scale or a powered polishing tool should look at other products. The non-abrasive pad is intended for streak-free finishing with a compatible liquid cleaner.

Single-edge razor blade with safety guard

The scraper uses a single-edged razor blade protected by a guard and a two-piece handle. This blade is the primary means of lifting tough burnt-on residue before the pad is used with a separate cooktop cleaner. The combination determines whether the kit matches the cleaning task.
