Jeep Wrangler JL speaker pods

These sealed pods install a pair of 6 to 6.75 inch speakers into the factory front locations on Jeep Wrangler JL models from 2018 onward. They are aimed at owners who want a direct-fit upgrade without cutting or fabricating new mounting points.

Sealed enclosure with factory grommet hole

The sealed design preserves the vehicle's weather resistance and uses the original wiring grommet opening for a clean installation. Mounting positions follow the Chrysler three-hole pattern used by specific manufacturers such as Alpine, limiting compatibility to speakers that share that bolt pattern.

Includes two speaker harness adapters

The supplied adapters connect the new speakers to the factory wiring without splicing, providing a complete connection kit for a single pair of front speakers. Builders adding rear speakers or a multi-amplifier system will need additional harnesses and enclosures not provided in this package.

Questions about this item

Which speaker size fits the JP-1014 pods?

The pods accept 6 to 6.75 inch speakers, matching the factory opening on JL Wranglers.

What does the sealed enclosure do once the pods are installed?

It isolates the speaker back-wave from the door cavity, improving mid-bass response and protecting the cone from moisture.

How does the Chrysler three-hole mounting pattern affect speaker choice?

It aligns with Alpine and other brands that use that bolt pattern, so you can bolt compatible speakers directly without drilling.
