Metra Microfiber Cleaning Cloth 10PK 11.5"×11.5" Exterior Care

Metra Microfiber Cloths 10-Pack

The Metra microfiber cleaning cloths come in a 10-pack of 11.5"×11.5" sheets designed for exterior automotive care and general household use. Each cloth uses premium multi-colour microfiber that is ultra-soft, lint-free and non-abrasive. The material is highly absorbent and wicks moisture quickly. They are safe on paint, glass, coatings and delicate surfaces.

Replaces Disposable Wipes and Cotton Towels

Switching from paper towels or cotton rags is worth it when you need reusable cloths that withstand hundreds of wash cycles without shrinking or losing cleaning power. The colour-coded designs help assign specific tasks to avoid cross-contamination. They remove grease, grime and dirt effectively with just water. Buyers who need heavy-duty abrasive pads for baked-on contamination will find these too gentle.

Limits of Microfiber Material

Microfiber relies on mechanical fibre action rather than chemical solvents, so it cannot dissolve bonded contaminants like tar or tree sap without a dedicated cleaner. The 0.2 inch thickness limits liquid capacity per cloth compared to thicker drying towels. Edges are not reinforced, so aggressive snagging on rough trim may pull threads. They are not designed for high-heat surfaces such as recently driven brake rotors.
